How We Rate Your Progress
As in any system, there needs to be a standard of measurement that will indicate your progress in skill progression. We use a, "Belt", system to describe that process.
White Belt - Beginner - you are aware that there are certain challenges that are holding you back in your sales steps and through the course you are at an understanding of why they are present and how you can change
Blue Belt - Novice - you are starting to apply the skill sets within each step, but as in any new experience you may be unsure on how the process works, or have difficulty in performing the specifics within the steps naturally. You often go back to the, " Old Way" of selling.
Brown Belt - Intermediate - you are applying the process and techniques consistently and seeing tangible results. Your performance may be a little rough; there may be courage issues that still need to be worked out and you may even be thinking of, " what to do next", when in front of the prospect.
Black Belt - Master - you know at all times where you are in the process. You have the courage to go for the no, not to advance to the next step until all requirements are mutually met and it is a natural process, You don't have to think about what should be done when; you just do it!
